Outreach Communication Drives Us Forward
Winters Bros. wants to be transparent with our communication about the Winters Rail Terminal project, a project that is both beneficial and necessary.
At the outset, Winters Bros. instituted a strategic, transparent, and consistent outreach effort to articulate the project’s benefits to Long Island and to maintain an open line of communication with key stakeholders and community members.
We believe it is imperative that people and leaders have the resources to remain informed of the severity of the solid waste crisis caused by the closure of the Brookhaven Landfill. Consistent communication enables Winters Bros. to provide the community with timely information that highlights our progress and the critical need for this project.
Winters Bros. uses a multitude of communication tools to ensure that we are communicating with as large an audience as possible at all times. Some of the communication tools include:
